Contact Us

Not necessarily. Many of our regular clients provide access and leave us to it. If you'd prefer to be present — especially for the first visit — that's completely fine too. We're flexible.

Yes, we arrive with everything needed. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use (or avoid), just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate that where possible.

We treat your belongings with care and take a cautious approach around fragile items — we'd rather ask than risk damage. If there are areas you'd prefer we avoid or items to be careful around, just tell us.

If there's something you're not happy with, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to address it. We take feedback seriously and want to get it right.

Our eco-friendly line uses biodegradable, low-toxicity formulas. If you have specific sensitivities or pet/allergy concerns, please mention this when booking so we can choose the most appropriate products.

We recommend at least 48–72 hours notice for standard visits, and a bit more lead time for deep cleans or move in/out jobs. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
