These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Korvynex website at https://korvynex.com and the cleaning services provided by Korvynex ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Korvynex provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Canada. The specific scope of services is agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Services are performed during agreed hours by trained, background-checked team members.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any property at our discretion, including but not limited to properties with hazardous conditions, active pest infestations, or circumstances that pose a risk to our team.
Quotes provided through our website calculator are estimates only and are not binding. Confirmed pricing is provided following a consultation or assessment of the property. Final invoiced amounts may differ from estimates if the actual scope of work differs from what was described during the quoting process.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST). Pricing is subject to change; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Korvynex. To cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
We will provide reasonable notice if we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply to the client.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be obtained due to circumstances within your control (e.g., locked entry, no-one available to provide access), a visit fee may be charged.
By granting us access to your property, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.
We take care in handling your property and will treat all items with reasonable care. In the event of damage or loss caused by our negligence, we will discuss the matter with you directly and seek to reach a fair resolution. Our liability for any single incident is limited to a maximum of $500 CAD, or the replacement value of the item (whichever is lower), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the visit. We will arrange a return visit to address any missed areas at no additional charge. Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for a return visit.
